Leslie combines her experience in advertising, digital and film to help brands connect with people. She started her creative career in the U.S at advertising agency Wieden & Kennedy, working on Nike and Coca Cola. She then moved to London, went to film school and combined both advertising and filmmaking to grow brands VW, MTV and 3 Hutchinson. In 2005, she was invited to join Partizan London full-time to write and direct commercials for UK-based clients Wieden & Kennedy, MTV, Channel 5 and TBWA.

Over the years Leslie’s developed a taste for absurd comedy, strong narrative and a reputation for giving funny a sense of style. After shooting her first short in 2008, Leslie joined WARP for music videos as well.

Interesting branded content opportunities followed; Leslie worked in Shanghai at Wieden & Kennedy to help launch Nike in China, and in Australia to run brands IKEA and Yahoo7!. In 2010, Leslie was poached by digital consultancy HOST to help run and service the branded content needs of clients Air New Zealand, Coca Cola and Vodafone. After which she began developing and producing content and platforms straight to clients like Google Creative Labs Sydney and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Leslie now finds herself back in the US working on production-led projects for friends at RSA Films, Mother NY, Mekanism, BBH and 72andSunny Los Angeles.

Leslie’s personal work has been recognized and awarded by the Sundance Film Festival, D&AD, Cannes, Award, Creativity, the BTA, the One Show, Creative Review and Boards Magazine.
