In 2003, Paprocki co-founded the design consultancy, Boombang, where he led a team focused on developing premium consumer brands in the electronics, sport, CPG and health & beauty categories. Paprocki began his design career at Fitch Inc, the largest cross-disciplinary design firm in the world at the time, where for 10 years he gained experience in integrated product and brand development. Paprocki then joined frog design leading engineering for the product development team in the San Francisco office, and later was recruited to start their Innovation Strategy group.
